Every federal agency and many businesses have cost-free, workplace based programs to improve employee morale and productivity through leadership consultation, employee training seminars, crisis intervention, or worker personal problem evaluation and intervention. Some businesses, especially those with sensitive positions, may need immediate input on fitness for duty or return to work conditions or plans. Drs.
