Blaire herman, LCSW-C

Blaire Herman, LCSW-C, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than fifteen years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. She has provided care in residential programs, hospitals, and schools, giving her a deep understanding of challenges faced by individuals across different stages of life.

Blaire earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The George Washington University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland. She also has extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has co-led DBT skills groups.

She is passionate about helping clients manage anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and life transitions. She prioritizes building genuine connections with her clients and draws from a variety of modalities to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.

Outside of her clinical work, Blaire is an animal lover, and enjoys being with her children, creating art, exploring new foods, and catching up on the latest shows, music, and books.
