Blaire Herman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than fifteen years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Her professional background includes work in residential treatment programs, hospitals, and school settings, providing her with a broad and nuanced understanding of the challenges individuals face across different stages of life.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The George Washington University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland. She has completed extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and has co-led DBT skills groups, further strengthening her ability to support clients with emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
Her clinical interests include helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions. She is deeply committed to building authentic therapeutic relationships and draws from a range of evidence-based modalities to tailor care to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
